You buy a product from HitchesDirect.com that costs $100. You find the same product a few days later for $90. You would then need to contact us with the website where you found the item for $90. We would verify the information that you had given us. We would then issue a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase the item from us for $11. ($10 for the difference in the price, and $1 for the addtional 10% we owe you under the 110% Price Protection Guarantee - it's as simple as that!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Your return may be subject to restocking and shipping fees for each individual product as defined in our Returns and Exchange policy.
